产品的物化性质：

本品为白色或微黄色粉末及小颗粒蜡状固体，常温下不溶于水、乙醇、四氯化碳等溶剂，但可溶于热的丁醇等高沸点溶剂，闪点280℃左右，耐热稳定性在300℃左右。由于本品是在乙撑双硬脂酰胺基础上引入极性基团，其性能除了具有EBS特性外，还具有好的分散性和光亮润滑性，以及抗静电和脱模效果。

产品应用：

1.  用作丙纶色母料和ABS等色母料的分散剂，能明显提高色母料的熔体指数和表面光亮度；

2.  用作颜料酞菁蓝、酞菁绿和炭黑（普通和高色素炭黑）等难分散颜料特别有效的分散剂；

3.  在回收ABS、PS、AS等塑料中起增光润滑作用；

4.  在透明PVC、PP、PE中起润滑及抗粘作用，在PVC电线电缆料加工中起到内外润滑作用，在弹性PVC料中起外润滑作用；

5.  在无机填充改性PE和PP中作光亮剂及相容剂，能提高制品的光亮度、熔体指数、缺口冲击强度、弯曲模量和断裂强度；

6.  适用于挤塑成型的硬质PVC型材、管材，可使产品表面光亮；

包装、贮运：

产品用复合袋包装，每袋净重20kg或25kg，运输时应防止日光直射和雨淋，贮存期壹年，建议存放在避光和干燥通风处，壹年后检验合格仍可使用，本品按一般化学品规定贮运。

Physical and chemical properties of products:

This product is white or micro yellow powder and small particles waxy solid, normal temperature does not dissolve in water, ethanol,  carbon tetrachloride and other solvents, but soluble in high boiling point solvent thermal dimethyl benzene, butanol, flash point 280 Deg. C, thermal stability at 300 degrees Celsius. Because this product is based on the introduction of polar groups on the basis of B, its properties in addition to EBS characteristics, but also has a better dispersion and bright lubrication, as well as anti static and stripping effect.

Product application:

1 as a dispersing agent of polypropylene masterbatch and ABS Color Masterbatch, can significantly improve the melt index and surface brightness of color masterbatch;

2 used as pigment phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green and carbon black (common and high pigment carbon black) and other difficult to disperse pigments especially effective dispersion agent;

3 ABS, PS, AS in the recovery of plastic in Zengguang lubrication;

4 in the transparent PVC, PP, PE in the lubrication and anti - adhesive effect, in the PVC wire and cable material processing plays the role of internal and external lubrication, in the elastic PVC material from the role of external lubrication;

5 in the inorganic filler modified PE and PP as a bright agent and compatibility agent, can improve the product light brightness, melt index, notched impact strength, flexural modulus and fracture strength;

Packaging, storage and transportation:

Composite bag packaging products, the net weight of each bag 20kg or 25kg, transportation should prevent direct sunlight and rain, the storage period of one year, recommended that stored in the dark light and dry and ventilated place, one year after the inspection can still be used, with reference to the regulations of general chemical storage and transportation.
