产品的物化性质：

本品具有良好的润滑性和中等爽滑性，热稳定性好，可在超过310℃的塑料（树脂）加工中使用，用量正随耐高温聚合物的不断增长而增加，在工程塑料方面进行膜浇铸的过程中更为有用。会在聚丙烯类共聚物表层发生迁移，但是不会在聚丙烯类均聚物的核心层发生迁移，允许用于食品容器、包装材料中（GB9685-2008）。

产品应用：

1.可用作聚烯烃、尼龙（PA）和聚酯（PET、PBT）等树脂的润滑剂、防粘剂和脱模剂，更适用于复合和多层共挤生产工艺，以及压延包装和塑封包装中；

2.在PE、PP、PS、ABS、PA、AS、PET、PC、PVC和PVDC中按生产需要适量使用；

3.丙烯酸橡胶的内部脱膜剂和爽滑剂；

4.用作纤维素、聚烯烃、乙烯/丙烯，乙烯/乙烯基共聚物，聚乙烯基聚合物和共聚物有效的防粘剂和增滑剂。；

5.工程塑料的耐高温脱膜剂、润滑剂和摩擦力调节剂（摩擦系数可控制在0.25-0.45之间）；

6.茂金属聚烯烃的优良脱模剂。

包装、贮运：

产品用复合袋包装，每袋净重20kg或25kg，运输时应防止日光直射和雨淋，贮存期壹年，建议存放在避光和干燥通风处，壹年后检验合格仍可使用，本品按一般化学品规定贮运。
